Commercial-Engines.com ("we," "us," or "our") is a trade name (DBA) of Viom Global Inc, a subsidiary of Revenue Dealer Martech Private Limited. Units are shipped by the third-party supplier fulfilling your order. Freight terms for your order are stated on your quote.

Engines and transmissions ship by freight carrier, normally secured to a skid or pallet. The freight method and cost for your order are shown on your quote.

Delivery to a business with a forklift or loading dock is the simplest option. Residential, limited-access and liftgate deliveries may be available at additional cost and with weight limits.

Handling and transit times depend on the supplier, the unit's location and the carrier. Any estimate given is not a guarantee of delivery date.

Inspect the unit and packaging when it arrives. Note any visible damage on the delivery receipt (bill of lading) before signing, take photos, and contact us the same day so we can relay the claim to the supplier and carrier. Reports made after delivery is signed for without notes may not qualify for a freight damage claim.
